The course introduces students to all the key aspects of logistics management, providing a framework within to develop a deep understanding of the subject applicable to a wide range of industries both locally and globally. Additionally, traditional aspects of business, such as leadership, strategy, financial decision making and marketing are included. The course explores different ways that the management of logistics can significantly contribute to wealth creation, competitiveness, and to the advancement of individuals and society.
Industrial visits, case studies, visiting speakers and simulations are used to demonstrate the impact of world class logistics and supply chain management within different industries.
All students will study the module Study Skills and Research Methods. In Addition, you will take eight taught topics and complete a Masters project. The topics studied are:

For the award of MBA you must successfully complete an individual masters research project or an industry based applied project.
